Key Differentiators Worksheet
Ask your team how your organization's value and offerings are different than those of your competitors. If they are unclear on how to answer this question, then I recommend this worksheet. It's a great exercise to get your sales and marketing teams working together and aligned. In the end, they should be able to tell you why a customer should purchase your product or service from your company instead of from any of the other alternatives in the marketplace.
